SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Services
Paint and Smart Repairs Limited (“PSR”) provides vehicle cosmetic repair, paintwork, smart bodywork, PPF, detailing, membership and bespoke vehicle services. All services are inspection-based and subject to written approval prior to commencement.

2. Estimates & Pricing
All prices are indicative until the vehicle has been inspected. Final pricing may change if vehicle condition differs or additional work is required. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. VAT & Payments
PSR is VAT registered. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate. Full payment or agreed deposit must be received prior to vehicle release.
If payment is not received within 7 days from the invoice date, PSR reserves the right to relocate the vehicle to secure third-party storage. All storage, handling and associated costs will be payable by the customer. The vehicle will only be released once full payment has been received.

4. Finance
Finance options, where offered, are provided by third-party lenders. PSR is not a lender and accepts no responsibility for finance approvals, interest rates or agreements.

5. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits may be required. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits may be non-refundable where work has commenced or materials ordered.

6. Vehicle Condition & Limitations
Due to the nature of cosmetic and paint repairs, perfect or factory-new results cannot be guaranteed.

7. Liability
PSR shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of earnings or inconvenience. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided, except where excluded by law.

8. Insurance Responsibility
The Customer confirms that the vehicle remains fully insured at all times while in the care of PSR, including cover for unforeseen events.

9. Personal Belongings
The Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings and items of value from the vehicle. PSR accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

10. Vehicle Care & Storage
Vehicles will be handled and stored with due care within our premises. When not actively being inspected, repaired or tested, vehicles will remain locked and secured. Access is limited to authorised personnel only.

11. Illegal Substances or Items
Any illegal substances or items found in the vehicle will result in immediate termination of the service and notification of relevant authorities.

12. Keys
Customers confirm they have a spare set of keys. PSR is not liable for loss or damage resulting from keys being locked inside the vehicle.

13. Warranty
Smart Repairs: 12-month workmanship warranty.
Full Panel Repair & Repainting: 3-year workmanship warranty.
Paint Protection Film (PPF): 5-year warranty subject to separate warranty documentation.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction applies.
